  • ・ While we do not guarantee to reply to, or address all feedback received, we will use your feedback, as needed, for the Purpose.
  • ・ When providing your feedback, please fill in or upload the details in line with the forms of This Service and DO NOT fill in or upload player's name, address, phone number, password, and any other information that includes personal information.
  • ・ When you report bugs, please describe the specific details of the bug, the location and timing of its occurrence, and how to reproduce it.
  • ・ Please make sure nothing is left out because feedback will be unable to be edited or deleted once provided.
  • ・ We will handle the information in the posts in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In addition, we will share such information with the linked Discord server, Bandai Namco Studios Inc., and other outsourcing partners of This Service to the extent necessary to achieve the Purpose.
  • ・ We will use your feedback in all forms and manners, free of charge, in perpetuity and without any conditions.
  • ・ As This Service is not associated with any particular esports competition or events relating to the TEKKEN series (“TEKKEN Events”), please refrain from using This Service to provide your comments and/or feedback on the operation or results regarding any TEKKEN Event.
  • ・ We are not soliciting any proposals or ideas relating to TEKKEN 8 or any other TEKKEN series games through This Service. Please note that if we receive any proposals or ideas, we shall not bear any obligations or liabilities arising out of or related to such proposals or ideas.
  • ・ If we determine, in our sole discretion, that the contents of any post includes harassment, threats, infringement of intellectual property rights or rights of publicity, or that any post is excessive and/or unreasonable, we may disconnect the player's Discord system from This Service and may contact the police, legal representatives or any other public institution to take appropriate measures.
